Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, July 20th, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the District Office at 8021 Brighton Loop Road, (Above the Brighton Store), Brighton, Utah. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Q1 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees held April 20, 2023. 2. Review Q2 2023 Financial Statements. 3. CID Processing Fees Review, Increased I & I, seasonal cost overruns. 4. Manhole Maintenance Report. 5. Review ERU Assessment for BSR Snake Creek Restaurant and Bathroom Facilities. 6. Squire (Agreed Upon Procedures) Annual Review 2022. 7. Board Member Training Requirements Review. 8. Correspondence Review 9. Presentation: Travis Baird, Boulder Fork Lane, connection options. 10.
