- The Richmond City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing a COG (Council of Governments) application for funding for a road project in the area of 400 West from Main Street to approximately 150 North.
