- The following ordinances were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on July 18, 2023. ORD. 23-20 - Vacation of Public Utility Easements. Vacating certain public utility easements located at 85 Crayon Court (Lot 43) and 701 Southwest Street (Lot 2) Logan, Utah. The public utility easements are located between the West property line and ten feet (10') West of the property line of Lot 43 and five feet (5') East of the property line of Lot 2 except the North five feet (5') and south five feet (5'). Parcels 02-167-0043 and 02-071-0041. ORD. 23-21 - Downzone (Jed Willets) from Mixed Residential Medium (MR-20) to Mixed Residential Low (MR-12) of the property located at 1354 North 220 West ; TIN 05-041-0056 (Bridger Neighborhood). These ordinances shall take effect immediately upon publication.
