NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MONTICELLO UPDATED TITLE 11 SUBDIVISION Notice is hereby given that the Monticello Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, to receive comments on the Updated Title 11 of Monticello City Code. The hearing will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Hideout Way, Monticello UT 84535. Copies of the proposed changes are available for public inspection in the Monticello City Office. The public is invited to attend all City meetings. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend these Public Hearings may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three days prior to the hearing.
