Notice of Proposed Tax Increase Brigham City
Brigham City is proposing to increase its property tax
revenue.
- The Brigham City tax on a $420,000 residence would
increase from $349.27 to $361.98, which is $12.71 per
year.
- The Brigham City tax on a $420,000 business would
increase from $635.04 to $658.14, which is $23.10 per
year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, Brigham City would
increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 3.69%
above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding
eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on
the tax increase.
