Description/Agenda: Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee will conduct a public hearing meeting at 7:30 pm on July 18, 2023, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 North State Street, Wales, Utah. Public comment will be received concerning the following agenda items. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Conforming lot subdivision - proposal and discussion: - Application from Ron and Joanne Thompson to subdivide property located at 195 West 300 North, Wales, Utah. The proposed subdivision would create two conforming one-half acre lots from the existing 1.06 acre parcel. 4. Public comment. 5. Adjourn
