Oakley City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. The Oakley City tax on a 4878,000 residence would increase from $444.75 to $482.90, which is $38.15 per year. The Oakley City tax on a business would increase from $808.64 to $878.00, which is $69.36 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, Oakley City would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 8.53% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue, excluding eligible new growth.
