Approval of minutes from June 28 Meeting
Robin emailed the minutes from that meeting out on July 17, 2023
Pass out Fling information to be found on the Highland City website.
Everyone please look at your information currently showing on the Highland City Website. Please make any corrections that need to be made on your sheet and pass them back to Robin. Robin will make the changes on the Highland City Website.
Pass out sheets with information regarding each event's need for assistance from Highland City.
Everyone please look at your information and make notes on your sheet as to any changes that will be needed. Robin will make the necessary changes to the information to be provided to the Public Works Department, the Highland City Youth Council and Highland City Mayor and Council.
We need a final count of thank you notes from the Mayor - information to be provided at this time.
Invitation to be extended to all Highland City Fling Committee Members to attend a thank you dinner on Tuesday, August 8th at 6:00 pm. Address to be given at the meeting.
