Discussion/Information (Non-Action Items) A. General discussion and announcements B. Community questions and comments 2. Action Items - Administrative A. Confirm amount of time that the EZSSD will request for the extension of time to 100% matching funds B. Discuss the preparation of an invoice to the GOEO for the matching grant amount C. Approve a policy that none of the matching grant amount may be appropriated to the water line construction project until after the 100% matching funds have been secured and support documentation for such is approved by the GOEO D. Appoint a filing agent(s) for the EZSSD to submit documents through the GOEO portal E. Discuss and approve increasing liability insurance from $2 million to $5 million F.
