- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Fillmore City Planning Meeting on WEDNESDAY, July 25, at 7:05 p.m. at the Fillmore City Council Chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. - To receive public comment regarding an amendment to Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 20 'Conditional Use'. - To receive public comment regarding an amendment to Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 24 'Accessory Dwelling Units'. - To receive public comment regarding an amendment to Fillmore City Municipal Code 10-7D-1 'Article D Residential Multi-Family Overlay'. - To receive public comment regarding an amendment to Fillmore City Municipal Code 10-7E-1 'Article E Mixed-Use Overlay'.
