Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 27, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. to hear comments in support or opposition to proposed ordinance amending section 17.28.050 of the Municipal Code regarding 'Zoning- Use Regulations' to allow 'General Contractor' to be added as a permitted or conditional use designation within the commercial zones. Said hearing will be held at City Hall, 5249 S 400 E, Washington Terrace City. ADA Accommodations and Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities by calling 801-395-8283 three days prior to the meeting.
