- INVITATION TO BID The West Haven City Corporation will be accepting sealed bids for a Striping Maintenance Project. Bids shall be submitted at the City office, 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven City, UT 84401 until 11:00 AM, August 9, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bid security: 5%. Electronic Bid documents may be obtained from Gardner Engineering (801-476-0202 or Email Logan Zollinger at logan@gecivil.com) on or after July 26 at 3:00 PM.
