Agenda Museum of the San Rafael Tuesday, July 18, 2023, 6 PM Museum of the San Rafael, Castle Dale, UT Conducting and Welcome: Chairman Randy Jensen. Welcome new Director Anndee Mead. 1. Approval of Minutes: Tuesday, May. 23, 2023 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Dixon Peacock plaque is complete. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Carole Jones dropped off three dinosaur replicas. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Two World War II Uniforms dropped off by family members. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Strategic Plan. Put on hold until after Anndee can get acclimated to her new position. a. Maintenance: Lawn care is ongoing. I haven't been able to find anyone locally who can reseal our windows in Paleo Hall. b. Visitation: May 2023, 601, and June 2023, 601. c. Events: Em Co Paranormal Con: Porta-potties have been ordered. Paleo Camp was a success. We only had 11 kids this year but it was perfect. d. Marketing: N/A e. General: New exhibit is almost complete. We would like to have the opening in August. f. Collections: Ongoing. g. Any other business that can properly come before the board. 6. Adjourn - Thank you for coming! Tour of the museum.
