Notice of Interlocal Agreements between the Kane County Redevelopment Agency and:
Kane County, Utah
Kane County School District
Kane County Water Conservancy District
Under Sections 11-13-219 and 17C-5-205(2) of the Utah Code, notice is given, collectively by all the public entities listed, that the Kane County Redevelopment Agency (the 'Agency') entered into Interlocal Cooperation Agreements with each of Kane County, Kane County School District and Kane County Water Conservancy District (dated 7/11/2023, 7/11/2023 and 7/13/2023 respectively). The Interlocal Agreements provide that Kane County, Kane County School District and Kane County Water Conservancy District authorize the Agency to receive all or a portion of the taxing entity's tax increment revenues generated within the Glen Canyon Solar A Community Reinvestment Area (CRA), to provide funds to the Agency to carry out the Amended Glen Canyon Solar A CRA Project Area Plan and Amended Project Area Budget. Kane County, Kane County School District and Kane County Water Conservancy District have agreed to allow the Agency to collect property Tax Increment for a period of fifteen (15) years in accordance with the Glen Canyon Solar A Amended Project Area Plan and Amended Project Area Budget.
Copies of the Interlocal Agreements noted above are available for public inspection at the Agency's place of business located at 76 North Main Street, Kanab, Utah 84741, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Additionally, copies of the above Interlocal Agreements are available to the public at the taxing entities' offices for inspection and copying during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
