Description/Agenda: The City of Logan has received a petition to vacate a sewer line easement on property located on Lot 1 of the Logan Walmart Subdivision at 1150 South 100 West, Logan, Utah. The Logan Municipal Council will hold a public hearing on August 1, 2023 not before 5:30 p.m. in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers, 290 North 100 West, Logan Utah to consider the adoption of an ordinance vacating said easement. The petition will be available for signing in the City Engineering Office until 5:00 p.m. on the date indicated above. Documents pertaining to said easement is available for inspection at the City Recorder's Office, 290 North 100 West, during regular office hours.
