HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, the 25th day of July, 2023 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the first hearing is to consider proposed amendments to Title 13.77 of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations, regarding landscaping requirements for new developments intended to address State of Utah water conversation efforts.
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider proposed amendments to Title 13.82. of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations, as they relate to allowing electronic-type pricing signage for gas stations within the Holladay Village Zone.
The proposed amendments are available for public inspection on the City's website www.cityofholladay.com and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours. The public may remotely watch the live video stream of the meeting - http://cityofholladay.com/government/elected-officials/meetings-and-agendas/.
