BLUFFDALE ARTS ADVISORY BOARD MEETING AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale Arts Advisory Board will hold a meeting Saturday, July 15, 2023, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as possible.
REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING
1. Welcome and Roll Call
2. Discussion items:
a. Calendar- put dates on the calendar, including rehearsals.
b. The Play That Goes Wrong
i. Julie and Chelsea report
ii. How Can we improve (see attached spreadsheet)
c. One Voice, directed by Kerry Severn, set by Chuck and Laura Garner
i. Costume - Laura and Elizabeth
ii. Props

vi. House Manager/ tickets

October 21 - Saturday from 11:00 a.m.- 11:30 p.m. -
