SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 27 of 2023 The Salt Lake City Council at its June 13, 2023 meeting adopted an ordinance adopting the new five-year housing plan, Housing SLC. The City's previous housing plan, Growing SLC, expires at the end of the fiscal year, and a new moderate-income housing plan was needed to meet State code requirements and receive priority consideration for State funding resources.
