- PUBLIC NOTICE South Jordan City (the 'City'), located in Salt Lake County and serving development within the City's boundaries, intends to contract to amend the impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) related to parks, trails, recreation, and open-space services. The Service Area for this analysis includes the entire municipal boundaries, as well as the proposed annexation area, as identified in the attached map. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 503. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING STATE OF UTAH ) : ยง COUNTY OF SALT LAKE ) I, Anna Crookston, the duly appointed and qualified City Recorder of South Jordan City, Utah, certify that the foregoing City Council Agenda was emailed to at least one newspaper of general circulation within the geographic jurisdiction of the public body. The agenda was also posted at the principal office of the public body and also posted on the Utah State Public Notice Website http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html and on South Jordan City's website at www.sjc.utah.gov.
