- To be posted on Thursday, July 13, 2023 on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Cross Point Plat Amendment request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above listed request for property located at approximately 166 East Highland Dr. The purpose of the request is to divide the land into two lots. One lot will house the existing Seasons development and the other lot will be the remaining vacant land along Highland Dr. No development plans are proposed at this time for the vacant property along Highland Dr. The hearing will be held on July 27, 2023 at 6:30 pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the Council Chambers. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Draper City Website; Draperutah.gov, and at Draper City Hall.
