PRIMARY ELECTION
Tuesday, September 5, 2023
I, Brian McKenzie, Davis County Clerk, hereby give notice of the Municipal and Special Congressional Primary Election that will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
Voters must be citizens of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years old, or older by the General Election in order to participate. Party affiliation may be required to participate in the Special Congressional Primary Election. All eligible voters will receive their ballot by mail approximately three weeks prior to Election Day.

Depending on your voting precinct and party affiliation, your ballot will contain one or more of the races listed on the sample ballot.
Polling Locations as listed below, will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day for any voter in Davis County, to return their ballots or vote in person. Accessible voting machines are available. Ballot Drop Boxes are available at all of these locations and are available 24/7 until 8 p.m. on Election Day. A drop box is also available at the Kaysville Library 215 North Fairfield Road.

Early Voting will be held at the Davis County Administration Building August 29th -September 1st, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A drop box is also available at this location.
A post election audit will be conducted on September 15th, 2023 starting at 10:00 a.m. Anyone desiring to witness the audit is invited to attend. The audit will be conducted at the Davis County Administration Building in Room # 202.
An individual with a disability who is not able to vote a manual (paper) ballot by mail, may obtain information on voting in an accessible manner by contacting the County Clerk.
