NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 25, 2023 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following: - Patterson Homes is requesting an amendment to Article 4.9 Professional Office ('P.O.') to remove the illustrative exhibits associated with the zone and allow for site and architectural plans to meet the regulations outlined in the code. - MNG Highland Development, LLC is requesting an amendment to 4.35 CR Zone to allow for alcohol sales in the CR Zone. - Highland City Staff is proposing an adoption of regulations and restrictions regarding the subdivision, development, and use of land subject to geologic hazards such as steep slopes, wetlands, unstable soils, and other hazards. - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to the General Plan to adopt an Active Transportation Plan.
