- Cleveland Town Council Meeting July 13, 2023 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Public Comment: Limited to 10 minutes Total Time. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Main Street Ball Park being named Hansen Equipment. 2. Discuss Cleveland Days for next week; council-who has what job. 3. Discuss sidewalk buckling problems and make list. 4. Discuss projects for CVSSD for August. 5. Review bills for payment. 6. Council Reports 7. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken. The next regular Council Meeting will be held on Aug. 10, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
