RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Proposals will be received by South Weber City via email for a General Contractor & Architectural Design Team ('Design-Build Team') to provide services in connection with a new Public Works Facility ('Project'). Respondents must submit a pdf of the Proposal to brandonj@jonescivil.com AND lsmith@southwebercity.com. The RFP documents are available for download at www.jonescivil.com. The documents may be downloaded for free; however, the City requires each Proposer to go through the purchasing process as a way to help track downloads. The City will not provide any copies of the RFP documents. Submissions will be received no later than 5:00 pm local time on August 22, 2023. Proposals that are not received by the deadline will be considered late and will not be accepted. It is the Respondent's responsibility to ensure the emailed Proposal is received. Questions shall be submitted in writing to Brandon Jones, brandonj@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm on August 11, 2023. The City reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw this Request for Proposals ('RFP') at any time and to reject any and all Proposals submitted, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
