- Ordinance 23-27 Summary In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted Ordinance 23-27, Amending Chapter 3.48 of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances Regarding Planning and Engineering Fees, on July 10, 2023. The ordinance amends Millcreek Code Chapter 3.48 by adding the term 'planning' to multiple sections.
