- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on June 20, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-06-25 which amended Section 17.12.201 of the city code related to 'A' definitions. The ordinance adds the definition for 'affected area.' The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 10th day of July 2023. /s/Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
