EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on July 18 2023, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items: - Eagle Mountain Retail General Plan Amendment and Rezone. A proposed General Plan Land Use Map amendment from Neighborhood Residential One and Community Commercial to Parks and Open Space and Regional Commercial. The rezone will change the zoning from Agriculture to Commercial Regional and Improved Open Space-1 on Utah County Parcel Number 58:033:0404. The purpose of the change is to permit the development of a large-scale retail establishment. A proposed General Plan Land Use Map amendment from Agriculture/Rural Density 1 to Agriculture/Rural Density 2, and a rezone from RA2 and AG to RD for approximately 102 acres on Utah County Parcel Numbers 59:006:0042, 59:006:0046, 59:006:0047, 59:006:0054, and 59:006:0055. A request to the City Council to waive the master development requirements found in EMMC 16.10 Master Developments. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
