NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of St. George will hold public hearings on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. in the St. George City Council Chambers at 175 E. 200 N. to consider the following: A. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate an existing municipal utility easement located at the rear of Lots 1, 5, 6, and 7, Crimson Estates subdivision as the owners want to add additional land to their lots and new easements are being dedicated along the new lot lines. B. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a portion of roadway located on the east side of River Road (deceleration lane) across the street from Tagg-N-Go Car Wash and south of George Washington Blvd. as too much roadway was dedicated with the River Crossing Phase 1 subdivision plat.
