Located at 290 N 100 W, Logan, Utah. 12:00 p.m. WELCOME APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of June 20, 2023 PUBLIC HEARING HPC 23-005 Durfee Duplex [Certificate of Appropriateness] Eric John, authorized agent/owner, requests a certificate of appropriateness to replace a burned down duplex originally built in 1900 with a similar styled duplex located at 109 N 200 W in the NR-6 zone; TIN 06-022-0004.
