NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on July 18, 2023, at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to Chapter 2 Municipal Planning in the Development Code to require the majority of Commissioners be in favor for a motion pass, rather than the majority of those present. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
