- Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District requests bids for the 'Jordan Valley Water Treatment Plant Elevator Modernization' project. The project entails the modernization of the Jordan Valley Water Treatment Plant elevator. This elevator underwent an overhaul about 22 years ago, and after continuous service many of its parts have worn and need replacement. Finding replacement parts for the elevator has become increasingly difficult due to the elevator system's obsolescence, which results in prolonged out-of-service periods. At this time, the District desires to modernize the elevator to provide reliable equipment and additional years of service. Contract Documents may be obtained via electronic download beginning June 22, 2023, from the District's website at www.jvwcd.org under the 'Engineering Projects' link. Prospective bidders must register at the District's web site under the project to receive project notifications and addenda. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah 84088, until 03:00 pm, on July 20, 2023. Bids may also be submitted via email to ellisad@jvwcd.org. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
