Hyrum City, UT WWTP Exterior Headworks Upgrade Project ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the WWTP EXTERIOR HEADWORKS UPGRADE PROJECT will be received by Hyrum City, at the Hyrum Sewer Treatment Plant located at 1900 W 4400 S, Hyrum, UT 84319 or by mail to 60 West Main Street, Hyrum, UT, 84319 (mail must arrive by July 24, 2023 for pickup on July 25th), until 2:00 PM, local time on , at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the following: (i) The Mobilization and demobilization of all equipment, labor, tools, and materials to and from the project site. (ii) Site demolition and removal of existing equipment and/or infrastructure as indicated in the Contract Documents. (iii) Modification of exterior headworks structure and installation of owner furnished fine screen, and associated appurtenances as indicated in the contract documents. (iv) Installation of a rock retaining wall and regrading and paving around the exterior headworks structure as shown in the contract documents. (v) Electrical work such as controls and instrumentation. (vi) All associated Work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: AQUA Engineering, 533 West 2600 South Suite 275, Bountiful. Utah, 84010. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. The Bidding Documents are available through Quest CDN www.questcdn.com, Quest Number: 8576662 Bidding Documents will be available electronically on Wednesday June 28, 2023. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for all contractors on July 10th, at 2:00 PM at the District Office. A site visit will follow. Each bidder is responsible for all information disseminated during the pre- bid conference. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
