Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on the reduction in maximum height allowed in the CU-2 (Combined Use 2) Zone, which allows primarily residential uses with limited commercial uses.
