- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider text amendment application submitted by TNT Fireworks, to consider enacting a new section of the Kaysville City Code: Title 17- Chapter 31 Special Provisions Applying to Particular Uses - Section 14 Firework Stands, Christmas Tree Stands, and Temporary or Seasonal Retail Sales The purpose of this text amendment would be to allow temporary retail sales on properties that are not zoned for permanent retail sales but may be suitable for short-term retail sales.
