PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1554 W Pleasant Grove Boulevard (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Eric Malmberg for a commercial site plan for a credit union, located at approx. 1554 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 848 South State Street (String Town Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jeremy Trail for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called T&J Properties Commercial Subdivision Plat 'A' on 1.74 acres, approximately located 848 South State Street in the Commercial Sales-2 (CS-2) Zone.
