Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of South Salt Lake will hold a public meeting in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of reviewing and taking action on the following items: An application for a public meeting for an amendment to Conditional Use Permit C-21-001 to amend a condition requiring the closure of one of two curb cuts on 2100 South; and A petition to the Planning Commission for a public hearing preliminary subdivision plat. The subject property is located at 919 W 2100 S. The applicant is Brady Nowers on behalf of Dominion Energy.
