Kaysville City Public Hearing Notice The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Phil Holland, who is requesting a zone change for 521 West 350 North from General Commercial to Mixed Use Zoning District Overlay. The property is 6.259 acres in size. Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through an online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
