8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings;
a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, 'Land Use Regulations' chapter 44, 'Additional Requirements', section 9, 'Ag Tourism'
b. which will define the rules and regulations for operating Ag Tourism in Wellsville City.
c. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, to repeal chapter 48 in title 10, in its entirety and replace with an amended chapter 48 in title 10 of the Wellsville Land Use Regulations to include updates that comply with the Local Land Use Development Management Act of the State of Utah.
9. Scott Wells - Discuss Fire Work Restrictions South of 900 South and West of 200 West for the 2023 Fire Work season.
