NOTICE
MORGAN CITY - ORDINANCES 23-06, 23-07, AND 23-08
Morgan City adopted the following ordinances on June 27, 2023:
- Ordinance 23-06, adopting and approving the Culinary Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Providing for the Calculation and Collection of Such Fees;
- Ordinance 23-07, adopting and approving the Compensation Schedule for all Elected, Statutory, and Appointed Officers of Morgan City; and
- Ordinance 23-08, adopting and approving amendments to Title 1, Chapter 1.15 - Consolidated Fee Schedule of the Morgan City Code regarding electric and water rates.
