- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on June 27, 2023, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 23-21: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM MIXED USE WITH HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO MIXED USE WITH VERY HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1251 WEST 3300 SOUTH ON 13 ACRES.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
