Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a Regular Meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of June 14 2023 Council Minutes 2. Public Comment Period 3. Public Hearing on adopting Budget 2023-2024 4. Approval on Resolution - Adopting the Budget 2023-2024 5. Public Hearing on amending Budget 2022-2023 6. Approval on Resolution - amending the budget 2022-2023 7. Approval of Certified Tax Rate - 2023. 8. IDC 2023 CONTRACT. Consideration and possible approval of the Indigent Defense Council grant for 2023 identifying Carbon County as the assigned defender for Wellington City. 9. Pioneer Days 10. Unfinished Business 11. Possible Executive Session to Discuss the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. 12. Adjourn
