NOTICE OF BID
The RFP process for the Washington Power department AMI project will begin on July 3, 2023.
The bids will be for the furnishing of an AMI network including but not limited to: Propagation Study, AMI Infrastructure, Collectors, Repeaters, Servers, AMI Meters, Project Management, Shipping, Staff Training, Customer Portal, Company Installation Program (Addendum A) and Troubleshooting. Bids will be in accordance with the specifications of the AMI-RFP documentation. RFP documents are available by emailing tpentz@washingtoncity.org
The project schedule is as follows:
Bid commencement date: July 3, 2023
Question period ends August 7, 2023
All questions related to the RFP process need to be in email form

Bid Due date: August 11, 2023
Washington City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of Washington City.
Proposals are to be emailed to tpentz@washingtoncity.org or sealed bids are to be delivered to the Recorder's Office at 111 North 100 East, Washington City, UT 84780 before 3:00 PM on August 11, 2023. Bids will be privately opened and evaluated. Any additional information needed to document your bid please attach to your emailed RFP
