NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
An amendment to the Lindon City Municipal Code sections 17.14 - to define the public notice affected area that is subject of a land use decision by Lindon City. 'Affected Area' means all parcels of real property which have at least one boundary line that lies within five hundred feet (500') of at least one boundary line of a property that is the subject of a land use decision by Lindon City, if the subject property is within a residential or commercial farm zone, or within eight hundred feet (800') of a subject property that is within a non-residential zone. The proposed amendment also modifies and makes necessary technical code references.
All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at planningdept@lindoncity.org.
