- A. CALL TO ORDER B. DISCLOSURES C. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: 1. April 19, 2023 Tree Commission Meeting 2. May 23, 2023 Tree Commission Meeting D. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. 2023 ARBOR DAY CELEBRATION. The Commission will decide on 2023 Arbor Day for Brian Head Town and what events will take place for the celebration. 2. GRANT APPLICATION REVIEW. The commission will review the grant application deadlines and requirements for 2023 and determine which grants the commission will apply for. 3. TREE PLANTING LOCATIONS. The Commission will decide on locations to plant trees for the 2023 Arbor Day celebration event. 4. 2024 TREE SELECTION. The Commission will decide the types of trees to purchase for 2024. 5. REVIEW TREE PLANTING PLANS/LOCATIONS. The Commission will review previous plans for the installation of trees. 6. FUTURE ITEMS OF DISCUSSION. Members will discuss potential future agenda items and/or potential projects. E. ADJOURNMENT
