The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, 'Land Use Regulations' in chapter 44, 'Additional Requirements', in section 9, 'Ag Tourism' which will define the rules and regulations for operating Ag Tourism in Wellsville City. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, to repeal title 10, chapter 48 in its entirety and replace with an amended title 10 chapter 48 of the Wellsville Land Use Regulations to include updates that will comply with the Local Land Use Development Management Act of the State of Utah. 7. Jed Clark - Discuss proposed boundary line adjustment located at 745 East 200 South tax Id#10-015-0006, tax Id.#10-015-0015, tax Id.#10-015-0005. 8. Other zoning matters
