The Hyde Park City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to:
- CONSIDER AN EDIT TO THE MIXED-USE ZONE (see HPC Code 12.270 Mixed-Use Zone)
- CONSIDER AMENDING HPC CODE 12.170 COMMERCIAL ZONE
The commercial zone is meant for retail and other businesses to provide local goods and services.
- CONSIDER AMENDING HPC CODE 12.180 INDUSTRIAL ZONE
The industrial zone is for businesses, specifically those with adverse side effects like noise, lighting, pollution, and odor.
- CONSIDER A REZONE APPLICATION FOR:
Beautiful Foothill Haven, LLC- Consider rezoning approximately 7.4 acres of property from commercial to a mixed-use (mix of commercial/retail and residential). Property address is approximately 450 W Center (parcel ID: 04-031-0008) See HPC Code section 12.270 Mixed-Use Zone.
