- Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 5, at 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday, July 11, at 6:00 p.m. Zone Change: - Green Acres Estates Plat F. The proposal is to change the current zoning from R-1-9 to R-1-8. The property owners have requested to adjust the property lines between three existing single family lots located at 850 East 900 South. The zone change request is needed to allow for the lot adjustment without creating an illegal size lot for one of the three lots. - Warner Flower Farm. The proposal is to change the zone from R-1-9 to Rural Residential to allow for a flower farm at 1490 South 1400 East. The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 11, at 6:00 p.m. Annexation: - Miner-Goodwin Annexation. The proposal involves annexation of 59 acres located at approximately 3100 East 100 South. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
