PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on an application to AMEND THE CITY ZONING MAP for area associated with a proposed annexation of properties consisting of approximately 203 acres located northwest of the Forest Street and I-15 interchange, more particularly west of I-15 between Forest Street and 800 North. Zoning district considerations include both GC (General Commercial) and A-G (Agricultural). The public hearing will be held Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. A recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for their consideration associated with the public hearing of the annexation petition. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
