ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CLINTON CITY CORPORATION CLINTON, UTAH 2023 CURB RAMP CDBG PROJECT Clinton City Corporation (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2023 Curb Ramp CDBG Project Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Clinton City Public Works Shop located at 1740 N 1711 W until July 6, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids may be hand delivered to the Public Works Shop or emailed to gfolk@clintoncity.com The project includes the following work: - Removal and replacement of concrete pedestrian curb ramps The Project is expected to be substantially complete by November 1, 2023 with final completion by December 1, 2023. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project will be made available on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 and can be found at the following designated website: www.questcdn.com eBidDoc #8562233 or web.jub.com A pre-bid conference will not be held. 'This project is funded (or partially funded) through a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons. Local, minority and woman owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected.' 'All contractors working on CDBG funded projects shall be registered with SAM.gov with an active CAGE Code/DUNS and demonstrate no active debarments from performing Federal contracting.'
