Description/Agenda: Public Notice Heber City Council Ordinance Adoption During the Regular City Council Meeting held June 20, 2023, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance 2023-21. Said Ordinance amended Chapter 2.38.020 of the Heber City Municipal Code to consolidate the City's Building and Planning Departments. Voting Yes: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, Phillips, and Stack. Voting No: none. The motion passed unanimously 5-0.
